Material Performance Requirements
Light blocking for weed suppression, water permeability, breathability, aging resistance, tensile/tear strength, and stable ground-pin fixing; should not disrupt irrigation or soil aeration.
Cost Control Requirements
Economy grade: 40–60 gsm PP spunbond. Multi-year use: higher basis weight or woven composite. Customize holes according to bed width and crop row spacing.
Environmental & Biodegradability Requirements
Biodegradable weed-control fabric can reduce recovery cost. Standard PP weed-control fabric should have a recycling/reuse plan.
Batch Delivery Requirements
Demand is concentrated in spring cultivation and orchard management seasons. Keep standard widths in stock; schedule punching, cutting, and folded packaging ahead of time.
Custom Development Requirements
Customizable black/brown/green colors, basis weight, width, hole spacing, UV-resistance lifetime, edge pressing, ground-pin holes, roll length, and packaging.
Overseas Export & Certification Requirements
For export, consider agricultural mulch regulations, REACH, heavy metals, and UV-additive declarations. Biodegradability claims require test evidence.
