Screen Printing
Screen printing is an economical and affordable printing process for simple patterns or logos. We generally do not recommend using screen printing for gradients and multi-colors
Sublimation
Huahao’s thermal sublimation process flawlessly transfers your desired pattern onto the bag. Compared to other custom bag manufacturers, we offer competitive costs and lower minimum order quantities.
Digital printing
Compared with other printing methods, Digital printing can omit the steps of plate making, plate exposure, and repeated color registration, and the color fastness is higher. It is not recommended to use on dark non-woven fabrics.
Lithography
It completes printing by transferring ink from the printing plate to the rubber cloth and then to the printing material. The printing process is relatively cumbersome, but it can present different artistic effects.
4. Sewing
We will sew the connection points of the printed non-woven fabric.
